On December 27 The International Students' Fellowship "Jesus' Embassy" held a festive youth program, dedicated to celebration of Christmas. "A gift for you" - that was the theme of this Christmas bash, in which about 80 foreign students of the Volgograd Medical University took part.

This time the honor to be MCs (Masters of Ceremony) fell to David and Faridah's lot. They conquered all because of their good sense of humor and openness. There were many students willing to present everybody, as gifts, their songs, funny skits, competitions and dances. It was obvious how much God gifted every one with talents. From the numbers that were performed during the program the students could learn more about Christmas and about Him, without Whose presence, this holiday loses its meaning. Also they learnt what a great gift God gave to the mankind - God gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. That was a sacrificial gift! Jesus died for each of us that we could live for Him, and live forever.

Literally everyone could experience how much more it is wonderful and joyful to celebrate this holyday with Jesus being the center. After the performances there came the turn for a very important part of the bash - gifts exchange. As a Christmas carol was playing all had to exchange their gifts with one another. The exchange stopped as soon as the carol came to its end. Only after that every student could open the box with a gift which was in his hands. There was no one who was without a gift. Then there was time for meal. Students could find a lot of tasty food on the big table. It was in the nick of time, because all needed to get some energy for the dancing program.

Fiery Christian songs of foreign performers kept everybody dancing. Nobody was able to stand aside and feel lonely. The youth mostly liked to participate in a Jewish dance. All had to repeat the same motions that the main dancer was showing.

The party was outstanding! The guest, as well as the organizers had only the best expressions of the Christmas Bash: A Gift For You! This party itself was a very good gift to those who came.
